There are two types of UTIs: Upper & Lower Urinary Tract Infection

Acidic fruits:

Other fruits which are also good to avoid are peaches, strawberries and pineapples.

Sugars:

Avoid refined sugars or artificial sweeteners such as cakes, soda, chips, cookies and starchy foods as bacteria feed on sugar.

Spicy foods:
